1. Detailed description of goods and/or services
Velocity Vision (PTY) Ltd is a business in the Events & Conferencing industry, that focusing in the Medical and Pharmaceutical arena.
2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 days and confirmed by way of an email.
3. Event Refund / Cancellation Policy / CPD
Event Cancellation by Velocity Vision
1. Velocity Vision reserves the right to cancel an event.
2. If Velocity Vision cancels an event, registrants will be provided with at least 24-hour notice of such cancellation and offered a refund.
3. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, Velocity Vision reserves the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
Registration Cancellation by Delegate
1. Unless specifically stated on registration documentation, all cancellation requests must be received in writing. The deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 14 days prior to the event. All cancellations must be made in writing and carries a 20% administration fee. info@velocityvision.co.za
2. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
3. No show / non-attendance on the day: Refunds will not be made for registrants that are unable to attend an event.
4. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.
5. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or Invoice number as well as proof of banking details. All eligible refunds will be actioned within 14 days after receiving the refund request.
Important when attending CPD accredited events
1. Delegates attending an event accredited for CPD purposes and who wish to claim the hours allocated to the event have to be present for the full duration of the event. No apportioning of hours will be undertaken. Velocity Vision reserves the right to require Delegates to scan in and out of events.
2. In order for Velocity Vision to confirm attendance to the accrediting recognised body, Velocity Vision must be in a position to verify the identity of the participant. Verification of identity can only be performed by the presentation of a valid ID document, passport or drivers licence by the participant.
3. Only duly registered Delegates will be eligible for CPD accreditation. Delegates may not substitute themselves with other individuals.
4. Proof of attendance will only be provided post event/congress and on completion of all necessary verification procedures by Velocity Vision, which may take up to 15 business days.
These above policies apply to all Velocity Vision Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials.

4. Customer Privacy policy
Velocity Vision shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). 5. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Velocity Vision bank account, the details of which will be provided on request. Visa, MasterCard & EFT
6. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Velocity Vision via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.zato view their security certificate and security policy.
7. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Velocity Vision separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
8. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
9. Responsibility
Velocity Vision takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website,
customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
10. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Velocity Vision chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, Velocity Vision (PTY) LTD, Postnet Suite 114, Private Bag X782, Bedfordview, 2008
11. Variation
Velocity Vision may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
