Raw materials & stocks of materials are sometimes limited therefore cannot be guaranteed, unless an early confirmation order is received.

This serves only as a quotation and is subject to revision if Velocity Vision (PTY) LTD needs to make changes, alterations or exclusions from the original order.

Any variation from the additional order shall be an extra cost.

Velocity Vision (PTY) LTD will not be held responsible for goods damaged during transportation by the customer's driver/s or couriers. Please ensure that your collections are insured.

Items fabricated/designed specifically for a customer/company will not be accepted back for a refund.

All material costs will be subject to any amendments, escalations and any other changes enforced by Suppliers. Artwork setup fees are applicable to all quotations.

Velocity Vision (PTY) LTD will not accept any responsibility for costs incurred if dimensions supplied by the customer are incorrect, or changes need to be made.

All material and other elements remain the property of Velocity Vision (PTY) LTD until paid for in full.

Any legal costs incurred by Velocity Vision (PTY) LTD due to unpaid invoices will be for the customers account.
